The Hotel School Sydney

 
The Hotel School Sydney is a unique partnership between Southern Cross University and Mulpha Australia’s hotel portfolio - Hayman, InterContinental Sydney, Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove and Hilton Melbourne Airport and Bimbadgen Estate Wines. Our aim is to prepare well-rounded graduates for employment in hotel and tourism management positions in Australia and internationally. Candidates are selected on the basis of academic performance, achievements and an interview.

Industry placement [internship]

The Hotel School understands the importance of integrating students’ classroom study with real world experience and places a high value on the industry experience component of their education.

Much of the success of the School’s program has come from the strong internship partnerships developed with industry over the last 15 years.

Students undertaking an undergraduate degree at The Hotel School are required to successfully complete paid industry experience (internship) in an operational role within the hospitality industry
