The Hotel School Sydney is a unique partnership between
Southern Cross University and Mulpha Australia’s hotel portfolio -
Hayman, InterContinental Sydney, Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove and
Hilton Melbourne Airport and Bimbadgen Estate Wines. Our aim is to
prepare well-rounded graduates for employment in hotel and tourism
management positions in Australia and internationally. Candidates
are selected on the basis of academic performance, achievements and
an interview.
