Design at Curtin

Design at Curtin offers creative students a comprehensive range of challenging, contemporary and career-relevant design programs.

The three-year Bachelor of Arts degree incorporates a common multidisciplinary first year so students can identify their own special skills and interests. Students then follow their design interests by undertaking major areas of design specialisation.

Specialised fieldwork, design studio and research units enhance the relevance of the degree and provide opportunities for professional work experience, industry engagement, exhibition and publication of work. The quality of practical industry skills are recognised by professional associations such as the Design Institute of Australia.
