The Le Cordon Bleu Bachelor degrees are clearly for those with the driving ambition to be the best. These unique international business management programs prepare graduates for senior management positions in world-class establishments - hotels, resorts, restaurants or the convention business, and the world of international hospitality corporate management and consultancy.

The Bachelor of Business degrees are offered over 3 years – the course is structured on five six-month semesters, two (stages two and four) are taken up with industry placement (internship). Credit Exemptions are available for those already with Diplomas.

Culinary Programs

Many of the world’s top chefs are graduates of Le Cordon bleu’s famous ‘Classic Cycle’ program. This teaches French Culinary techniques – not just French Cuisine. The program is in 3 months modules for Basic, Intermediate and Superior, and students can undertake these modules at any of our campuses across the world and interchange the next module at another Le Cordon Bleu campus. Le Cordon Bleu also offers, an innovative 2-3 year Advanced Diploma in Professional Culinary Management. The course offers comprehensive training in either cuisine or patisserie, underpinned with academic studies in the fundamentals of front line management – combined with six months work experience – this course is considered a world leader in culinary education.
