Offering Bachelor of Health Science courses (3-4 years), Diploma (36 weeks to 11 months) and Certificate level programs (18 weeks) to international students:

Short Courses for anyone not requiring a student visa

• ·1-2 days weekend courses:

 

Yoga and Meditation, Aromatherapy, Super Nutrition, Swedish Massage, Seated Massage, Reflexology, Do-it-yourself Baby Care Products, Lymphatic Drainage and more

 

• ·Fitnation - Online Fitness Course (Certificate III and IV) (200 hours)

 

The qualification enables a person to work as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Older Adults Trainer and Children’s trainer. As part of the course the person also covers Pre and Post Natal Exercise. The courses are fully accredited in Australia. Fitness Australia has a reciprocal arrangement for transfer of registration to the UK and New Zealand. The Fitnation course is also recognized with the US National Board of Fitness Examiners, but the person would be required to sit a test on arrival for a cost of about US$200.

College-based Natural Medicine Clinics

The College-based professional natural medicine clinics are open to the public and students on an out-patient basis and are staffed by senior students who treat public clients under the supervision of qualified practitioners. The busy, modern clinics offer a wide variety of affordable natural health care treatments. The students gain extensive practical experience at Endeavour public clinics, with over 1000 patients each week.

This valuable on-site clinical experience gives students the chance to develop confidence by putting what they have learnt into practice.

 

Professional Recognition

Endeavour courses are developed through consultation with professional associations, external academics and western medicine representatives. Courses at the College are regularly revised to meet the immediate needs of our students and of the profession they will enter. Graduates from the College are eligible for membership of the professional association relevant to their modality and location. Gain access to the Largest Natural Medicine Library in Australia to complement your Endeavour study experience. The Endeavour College library houses the largest and most comprehensive collection of natural medicine resources in the southern hemisphere. It is the information centre for students, staff and researchers.

 

Study Skills

Free study skills workshops are held throughout each semester to assist students making the transition from secondary to tertiary study, as well as students who have not studied for some time. Topics listed on the college timetables include essay and exam preparation and medical terminology.
